Take the Dysport Love It or Leave It Challenge

Dysport is an alternative to Botox for correcting facial wrinkles and received approval by the FDA in April 2009. They company is once again offering the Dysport challenge to encourage people to try their product and it involves a $150 savings if you receive the treatment by the deadline of September 30, 2010. Here are some of the details but visit the Dysport USA website for terms and conditions:

* Receive treatment with Dysport by September 30, 2010

o 3) Print a Dysport Coupon Rebate Form (also available from your physician)
o 4) Mail your completed rebate form and treatment receipt (credit card receipts are not accepted)

Love it:
* If you love your Dysport treatment, get a second Dysport treatment and another $75 rebate.
* You do not need to return to to make an election. You will receive a Love It Rebate Form in the mail with your first $75 rebate check.
* Wait at least 3 months, have your second Dysport treatment, then mail your completed Love It Rebate Form and treatment receipt (credit card receipts are not accepted) within 30 days of your second treatment.


Leave it:

Dysport's Love It or Leave It Challenge
