An Event-Full October at The Dermatology Center

There are very few spaces on the calendar in October/November for The Dermatology Center www.dermskin.com. They have iS Clinical and SkinMedica product events and an upcoming Cancer Care Spa event. And if that's not enough they just opened a brand new state-of-the-art facility near Sibley Hospital in Washington, bringing their offices to three including Bethesda and Germantown. Take the Dysport Love It or Leave It Challenge

Dysport is an alternative to Botox for correcting facial wrinkles and received approval by the FDA in April 2009. They company is once again offering the Dysport challenge to encourage people to try their product and it involves a $150 savings if you receive the treatment by the deadline of September 30, 2010. Dr. Suzanne Kim Doud Galli www.restonfacialplastics.com is a local facial plastic surgeon who is offering the product at her offices in Reston and Washington.

Here are some of the details but visit the Dysport USA website for terms and conditions:

* Receive treatment with Dysport by September 30, 2010
* Within 30 days of your treatment:
o 1) Visit www.dysportusa.com
o 2) Register
o 3) Print a Dysport Coupon Rebate Form (also available from your physician)
o 4) Mail your completed rebate form and treatment receipt (credit card receipts are not accepted)

Love it:
* If you love your Dysport treatment, get a second Dysport treatment and another $75 rebate.
* You do not need to return to to make an election. You will receive a Love It Rebate Form in the mail with your first $75 rebate check.
* Wait at least 3 months, have your second Dysport treatment, then mail your completed Love It Rebate Form and treatment receipt (credit card receipts are not accepted) within 30 days of your second treatment.


Leave it:
* If you do not love your Dysport treatment, get a frown line treatment with another botulinum toxin type A product, as prescribed by your healthcare professional, and get a $75 rebate.
* Within 15-30 days of your first treatment you must also:
o 5) Click on Print Forms and select the LEAVE IT option
o 6) Enter your treatment information
o 7) Print a Leave It Rebate Form
* Wait at least 3 months, get a frown line treatment with another doctor-prescribed botulinum toxin type A product, then mail in your completed Leave It Rebate Form and treatment receipt (credit card receipts are not accepted) within 30 days of your second treatment. You can print or download a rebate form from www.dysportusa.com.
